Here are some examples of events we have done. Each event is unique and is completely tailored to the needs of the client. We can and do arrange events from introduce to wine classes to Grand Cru focus events. Please let us know what we can put together for you.

Facilitated Burgundy Event

This was a Burgundy focus evening that Michael was asked to host for a group of seasoned collectors. For this event, Michael coordinated the wines in their proper presentation order and led the group through a discussion of Village terroirs and distinct characteristics of the very special collection of Burgundies that were arranged for the event.

Wine 101

This was a “Wine 101” event, Michael led a group of novice wine drinkers through a lively one hour lesson in the basics of wine tasting techniques, different varietals and how to grow your wine vocabulary. By far the most popular course he has given, it’s the perfect introduction to the next level of wine tasting.

Seminar on Sake

Michael did a very interesting and immersive seminar into the world of sake. Using these fun visual aids made it much easier to understand how the different polishes of rice can affect taste and quality. This seminar was for a group of 12-15 people.

Remy Krug

We were honored to host a very intimate tasting with Remy Krug of the fabled champagne house. He was a great guide through some of his vintage and multi vintage champagnes. A very special event indeed.
